Bella Musica is looking for a Music Studio Manager

It takes a team to manage a music studio with 175 students, 20 teachers, and more than 2,000 unique items in the store.  We want to add you to our team as the music studio manager!

Position Description: The studio manager would be one of the main faces of the studio, interacting with students, parents, and teachers on a regular basis.

Position Responsibilities:  Answer phones, sign up/schedule new students, reschedule existing students, teacher/student notifications, process payments for lessons & store merchandise, instrument rental paperwork, social media & marketing promotion, maintain studio mailing list and newsletters, maintain/update certain aspects of the website, and more.

Candidate must be: a people person; self-motivated; available late mornings thru evenings, and 2 Saturdays a month; comfortable with computers & social media.

The ideal candidate: has a strong instrumental music background & a working knowledge of instruments and accessories; has strong social media skills and some marketing experience.  Experience with WordPress and Photoshop/photo editing is a plus.

She enjoys teaching beginners and advancing artists alike. Sarah also enjoys performing in and around the Dayton area.
